The Hotel Guest Service Agent, reporting to the Front Office Manager, delivers outstanding service to guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout the duration of their stay. You will play a key role in managing guest requests, maintaining guest accounts, and completing daily tasks in line with shift checklists.

This is a permanent part-time position based at Treasury Hotel Brisbane.

- Exceptional guest service skills and strong commitment to 5-star customer service
- Professional telephone manner
- Ability to effectively communicate and liaise with internal and external clients
- Excellent organisational skills and high level of computer literacy
