Job title: Speech Pathologist Job type: Contractor, flexible (2 - 4 days/week) Work setting: In-clinic and home visits
Salary offer: 40% on billings or $90 - $100 (depending on experience) Location: Mount Pritchard and communities within local LGA

The practice has a special interest in early intervention and extensive experience supporting clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Intellectual Disability, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Global Developmental Delay, Language Disorders, and Speech Disorders.
About the role: An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Speech Pathologist to join a supportive and growing multidisciplinary team on a contractor basis.
This role is primarily clinic-based,
with occasional community visits within the local area and limited telehealth services when required. Community appointments are generally located within a short distance of the clinic. The successful clinician will work with a varied caseload, predominantly paediatric clients, while also having opportunities to support adolescents and adults depending on their interests and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech pathology assessments and interventions
- Develop individualised, evidence-based therapy plans
- Provide support for children, adolescents, and adults with communication and developmental needs
- Collaborate with families, carers, educators, and other healthcare professionals
- Complete clinical documentation and reports in a timely manner
- Participate in team discussions, supervision, and career development activities
