Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective international students on study options in Australia and other destinations.
- Convert student enquiries into successful enrolments.
- Assist students with course selection, admissions, and application processes.
- Liaise with universities, colleges, and education providers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective students.
- Achieve monthly and annual enrolment targets.
- Ensure accurate CRM updates and documentation.
- Stay up to date with education sector policies, visa requirements, and provider information.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of onshore experience as an Education Counsellor in Australia.
- Strong knowledge of Australian education providers and admissions processes.




- Excellent communication, counselling, and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet enrolment targets.
- A positive attitude with a strong customer-focused approach.
