The portfolio comprises of approximately 12 assets, including passive investments and recent acquisitions, with several ongoing projects and redevelopment projects on the horizon, which will keep you engaged and exposed to the latest trends. Your Opportunity

If you are interested and experienced in industrial/logistics or portfolio management in Facilities Management, this is an opportunity to consider seriously. Assisting in managing operations across a portfolio of 12 assets in NSW, you will also be responsible for:

- Ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory compliance authorities and good engineering practices for maintaining property structures, facades, fittings, finishes and services.
- Regularly inspecting assets and infrastructure and conducting efficient management of all property services
- Be actively involved in due diligence programmes, sustainability initiatives and asset management replacement programmes
- Coordinating tendering and contract documentation, plus consulting with specialist consultants.
- Building an excellent rapport with tenants,



including managing any tenant refurbishments and solving queries promptly.
- Preparing annual property operations and capital works budgets and monitoring and updating budgets quarterly.
- Full-lifecycle project management for any asset and building upgrades, replacements, refurbishments,

Your Skillsets and Attributes:

As this is no normal position, we require a Facilities Manager with energy, drive and confidence with previous experience in industrial/logistics portfolios or multi-sites.

We encourage you to apply if you possess the following:

- Thorough knowledge of facilities management functions, including base building, Opex, Capex, asset management and sustainability.
- A keen interest in the property industrial/logistics sector with a proven background in dealing with tenant expectations and needs in an informed and timely manner.
- Your own vehicle for travel to sites, and a clean driver’s license.
- A demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight operational and financial deadlines and to build excellent relationships with quality tenants.
- Tertiary qualifications, or a trade certificate, and existing facilities management experience are desirable.
