An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Boutique Manager to support the leadership of their Chadstone boutique, driving performance while delivering world-class luxury service.

The Role

As Assistant Boutique Manager, you will play a key role in partnering with the Boutique Manager to lead the team, elevate client experiences, and uphold the brand's heritage and values. You will be hands-on in daily operations while acting as a mentor and role model on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Boutique Manager in the day-to-day leadership and commercial performance of the boutique

Deliver and champion luxury clientelling, building long-term, meaningful relationships with VICs, HNWIs, and loyal brand clients

Lead by example on the sales floor, providing elevated, personalised service experiences

Drive sales targets, KPIs, and boutique profitability

Coach, develop, and inspire the team to consistently perform at a luxury standard

Assist with recruitment,



onboarding, and ongoing team development

Ensure visual merchandising and boutique presentation reflect brand excellence

Support stock management, inventory control, and operational compliance

About You

Proven experience in luxury or premium retail, ideally in a senior sales, supervisor, or assistant management role

- Bi-Lingual - Mandarin/Cantonese experience highly desired

Robust background in luxury clientelling, CRM, and relationship-based selling

A passion for craftsmanship, heritage brands, and storytelling

Confident leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others

Results-driven with a strong commercial mindset

Impeccable personal presentation and communication skills

Flexible availability, including weekends and peak trading periods
