PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

The primary focus of the Principal Solutions & Delivery Lead - Business Systems is to own the technical design and implementation of loan origination and servicing technology solutions that are embedded into or integrated with ColCap’s cloud environment, and to routinely review all systems and environments to ensure ongoing continuous improvement in line with the organisation’s goals on efficiency, robustness, and security.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

§ Review, interpret and respond to business requirements, ensuring alignment between stakeholder expectations and the current and future state of ColCap’s technology capabilities and business landscape.

§ Provide input on the direction of technology investments to assist in the continuous improvement and evolution of ColCap’s ecosystem and maximise return on investment.

§ Define and design technology solutions to assist ColCap in meeting business objectives.

§ Oversee and own the development, testing,



and implementation of technology solutions.

§ Report on technology delivery commitments to ensure solutions are implemented in line with requirements and agreed timeframes.

§ Own the technology solution design and delivery lifecycle by defining and refining processes and procedures for requirements gathering and business case development, approval processes, execution, and operational handover to the service delivery team.

§ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on initiatives to ensure proposals align with ColCap’s technology roadmap, vision, and cybersecurity requirements.

§ Identify system, infrastructure, and project interdependencies whilst balancing competing demands to ensure project deliverables are achieved.

§ Assess emerging technologies and report on the relevance to ColCap, potential risks and opportunities, as well as cost, performance, and sustainability.

QUALIFICATIONS:
