Real Estate Analyst – Private Equity

Join a privately owned regional (Asia-Pacific) real estate private equity group.

15-year track record investing into real estate across Australia, Singapore and Japan. Based in Sydney, this small, growing team is actively deploying capital.

Whilst diversified in both office and residential sectors, the group is primarily pursuing residential (BTR).

One of a small select group of organisations that can boast multiple operational assets in NSW.

As Analyst/Associate you'll gain end-to-end investment management experience, from asset management of existing assets to underwriting recent deals.

This position is Ideal for an entrepreneurial candidate seeking to work within an intimate setting.

You must have a genuine passion for real estate, keen to learn across the full investment lifecycle within a lean,



high-performing team.

What You'll Need

- 2 to 4 years' experience in investment banking, M&A; transaction services, engineering advisory, or direct investing
- Finance, commerce, engineering or law degree from a top university
- Genuine passion for real estate (no prior RE experience required)
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset suited to a small, founder-led team
