A leading real estate private credit investment manager is seeking a Portfolio Analyst to join its growing team in Melbourne. This is an outstanding opportunity for an investment banking analyst or associate looking to move to the buy-side and gain exposure to portfolio management, fund strategy, investment analysis and investor reporting within a high-growth private markets platform. Working closely with senior investment professionals, the successful candidate will support the management and strategic positioning of a range of wholesale investment funds. The role offers broad exposure across portfolio analysis, financial modelling, fund performance reporting, investment research, product development and investor communications. You will be responsible for analysing portfolio performance and allocations, supporting portfolio optimisation initiatives, maintaining fund forecasting models, preparing investment and portfolio reports, and assisting with due diligence and rating agency submissions.

The role also provides the opportunity to contribute to investment presentations,



product collateral and strategic projects across the broader business.

We are particularly interested in candidates with 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance or a similar analytical environment. Individuals with experience across M&A;, leveraged finance, debt advisory, infrastructure, real estate or broader financial sponsors teams will be highly regarded. You will possess strong financial modelling and analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex investment concepts clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
