The team invests in control positions in high-quality businesses looking to re-enforce their long-term growth potential through operational and acquisitive growth initiatives.

The role offers hands-on exposure across the full deal lifecycle, including financial modelling and valuation, transaction execution, due diligence, investment committee materials, and portfolio company support. Associates work closely with senior investors and management teams on both recent investments and active portfolio management.

The successful candidate will bring strong analytical skills, commercial judgement, and a clear interest in private equity investing. Ideal backgrounds include top-tier investment banking, private equity, or consulting, with experience in complex financial analysis and transaction execution.
