One of our esteemed clients seeking to engage a Process Modeller in Sydney.
Role: Process Modeller
Location of work: Sydney
Length of contract: 06 months
Contract extensions: Not applicable
Security clearance: Permanent Resident OR Work visa with full working rights in Australia
Overview:
In this role, The Process Modeller will be accountable for developing and maintaining process models aligned with Client’s Enterprise Standard.
Responsibilities
Commercial & Strategic Priorities:
• Develop and maintain process models in Signavio according to enterprise standard.
- Maintain awareness of current and emerging methodologies and best practices, including automation technologies such as RPA, RDA, Conversational AI, Low Code/ No Code, Generative AI. • Identify new opportunities and work with Process CoE and the wider team to bring these opportunities to light.
Financial (e.g., budget expenditure, revenue, lending authority, profit targets etc.):
- Contribute to commercial outcomes and manages the expenditure and benefits realisation.
• Ensure alignment to budget and expenditure that supports the enterprise profit objectives. Customer & Innovation:
- Engage in a wide range of process modelling and continuous improvement initiatives, applying improvement techniques to identify improvement opportunities. Methods can also include utilising Signavio capabilities for analytics and future state design (e.g. process intelligence, process insights, customer journey, etc.).
- Believes in the principle of One Team and puts the customer and the Enterprise ahead of own agenda in words and actions.
- Actively collaborate with business leads to identify, and implement innovative solutions to achieve business challenges / opportunities.
People, Safety & Community:
- Support sites to implement and take ownership of changes to their work practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Support others to apply process modelling standard.
- Foster a culture within the Function that fosters the One Client approach, focuses on safety & wellbeing, and puts the customer at the forefront of all activities and decisions. Minimum
Qualifications:
- Min of 3 years of process modelling experience using process modelling tools such as Signavio and applying BPMN 2.0 standard.
- Demonstrable experience in problem solving and analytical skills, including the application of DMAIC principles to improvement initiatives (preferred).
- Track record of delivering on time.
- Experience in running and facilitating workshops in person and virtually.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to influence and achieve buy-in from diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining quality working relationships with team members at all levels in the organisation in order to understand end to end processes.
- There will be considerable pressure on this role to attempt to address many priorities simultaneously. Effective prioritisation through robust stakeholder relationships is critical.
- Formal certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:
- Knowledge of Australian and international standards relevant to design, implementation and operation of equipment. '
- Familiarity with the transport and logistics industry will be highly valued Data analytical skills, including experience using SQL (BigQuery), Python, Looker, Tableu and PowerBI.
- Qualifications in Industrial, mechanical, manufacturing, systems engineering, or related fields.
- Understanding of BPMN 2.0 standard and experience in process modelling tools (Signavio experience preferred).
- Formal certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
