Our client is an industry leading agribusiness with sophisticated vegetable operations located in Forth and surrounds. They are currently looking to fill 100 Process Worker positions across their farming sites and pack sheds, with work commencing from August 2026 onwards. You are required to work in a farming environment where you will work both indoors, in a shed and outdoors, in a paddock.

You will be working in a cold, wet and hot environment, depending on the weather, so you must be prepared for everything. You will be a team player who is physically fit and more than able to handle heavy lifting and repetitive movements such as bending down. You will be paid under the Agri Labour Australia Horticulture Agreement 2016 – Level 2, at an hourly rate of $33.05 per hour, with a minimum of 120 hours of work, every 4 weeks of your placement.

This will be aligned with the Fair Work Commission's annual reviews, including any increases to the National Minimum Wage and minimum award rates of pay. You will be offered between 6-9 months of work with potential to upskill.

Key duties include: You will be working in either a paddock or pack shed harvesting vegetables, trimming/topping vegetables, washing vegetables, sorting vegetables, grading vegetables, packing and stacking vegetables.



All candidates will be required to work in all areas. You will not be restricted to one area.

Characteristics and Aptitudes: To be considered for the roles, it's significant you are committed to working safely and efficiently in food manufacturing and meet the following criteria:

- Comfortable working in a food processing environment
- Good communication skills and able to follow instructions
- Live locally or be happy to relocate to Forth
- Physically fit and comfortable in carrying out labour intensive duties
- Able to follow directions and work unsupervised whilst showing high levels of initiative
- A team player and happy working with a multicultural team
