We re currently seeking experienced Process Workers / Packers to join a large and well-established chicken production facility located in Somerville for an immediate start. You will become part of a fast-paced production team responsible for packing, quality checking, and preparing chicken products while maintaining high food safety and quality standards.

Location: Somerville Shift Times: Monday - Friday | 6am - 2:30pm OR 2:30pm 11pm About the Role - Packing and preparing raw chicken products for dispatch

- Quality checking products to ensure they meet customer and food safety standards
- Labelling and packaging products accurately
- Handling raw chicken products and spices in a chilled production environment
- Completing manual handling tasks (up to 20kg when required)
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic work area




- Working efficiently to meet daily production targets and KPIs
- Identifying and reporting any food safety or quality concerns About You - Previous experience in food production, process work, packing, or manufacturing
- Comfortable handling raw chicken products and working in a cold environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
- Able to commit to Monday to Friday afternoon shifts, with overtime when required
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling
- Reliable, punctual, and looking for ongoing employment Due to the location and shift times, you must have your own reliable transport. You may be required to complete pre-employment checks prior to commencement.
