Shape the Future of Procurement Within a National Enterprise Galvin-Rowley Executive has been exclusively retained to appoint five newly created indirect procurement positions for a large, complex ASX-listed FMCG organisation.

Supporting one of Australia's largest and most sophisticated operating environments, this organisation is investing significantly in the future of its procurement capability. As part of a broader procurement transformation, several newly created opportunities have been established across strategic procurement and procurement operations.

These appointments provide the opportunity to influence procurement strategy, build strong commercial partnerships and contribute to enterprise-wide procurement excellence within a collaborative and high-performing team.

The Opportunities

We are currently seeking experienced procurement professionals for the following roles:

- Procurement Portfolio Manager – Supply Chain & Logistics
- Procurement Portfolio Manager – Technology & Digital
- Procurement Portfolio Manager – Enterprise & Corporate Services
- Procurement Portfolio Manager – Property & Facilities
- Procurement Operations Manager

Each role supports a distinct procurement portfolio while contributing to the organisation's broader procurement transformation program.

The Opportunity

Reporting into the procurement leadership team, you will partner with senior business stakeholders to deliver strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier performance improvements and commercial outcomes across your portfolio.

Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:

- Developing category and sourcing strategies
- Leading end-to-end procurement and commercial negotiations
- Managing strategic supplier relationships




- Supporting procurement governance and contract management
- Delivering commercial analysis and business cases
- Partnering with senior operational and functional leaders
- Driving supplier performance and continuous improvement
- Supporting procurement transformation initiatives
- Identifying opportunities to improve value, efficiency and risk management

About You

You will bring

- Seven or more years' experience in procurement, sourcing or commercial management
- Experience working within large, complex organisations
- Solid commercial and analytical capability
- Experience leading strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Procurement governance and contract management experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, with CIPS accreditation viewed favourably

Experience in one or more of the following areas will be highly regarded:
- Supply Chain & Logistics
- Technology & Digital
- Enterprise & Corporate Services
- Property & Facilities
- Procurement Operations or Procurement Excellence
