POSITION PURPOSE The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end management of customer orders received by Partxa, ensuring every order is fulfilled completely, accurately and on time. Working at the intersection of customers, suppliers and internal logistics, the role coordinates demand with supply, resolves sourcing issues before they impact the customer, and prioritises fulfilment activity to keep orders moving — delivering the operational reliability that underpins Partxa’s Powering Efficiency promise.

KEY POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES

You are responsible for

· Customer Order Process Management (End-to-End)

o Own the end-to-end lifecycle of customer orders received by Partxa — from receipt and validation through sourcing, order placement, tracking and completion.

o Maintain accurate, up-to-date order records and status visibility across systems, ensuring every customer order progresses without delay or error.

o Identify and resolve order exceptions early, keeping each order on track to its committed timeframe.

· Complete & Accurate Fulfilment — 100% of Line Items o Ensure every customer order is fulfilled to 100% of its line-item requirements — correct part, quantity, specification and timing.

o Validate order details against customer requirements and confirm availability before committing delivery dates.





o Monitor fulfilment performance and drive corrective action where any line item is at risk of being short, substituted or delayed.

· Proactive Supplier Engagement & Demand-to-Supply Coordination o Engage suppliers proactively to align demand with supply, confirming availability, lead times and delivery commitments.

o Build and maintain robust working relationships with suppliers to secure priority, expedite orders and pre-empt shortages.

o Coordinate inbound supply to match customer demand, balancing cost, speed and reliability.

· Escalation of Strategic Sourcing Issues o Identify sourcing issues that could strategically impact the customer relationship and escalate them promptly to Customer Success resources within Partxa.

o Provide clear, timely information on risk, impact and options so the business can manage the customer proactively.

o Partner with Customer Success to align sourcing decisions with customer priorities and protect the client engagement.

· Prioritisation & Support of Fulfilment Execution o Prioritise key fulfilment activities to guide the Logistics Coordinator and warehouse storepersons in executing customer orders.

o Sequence and communicate order priorities clearly so warehouse and logistics effort is focused where it matters most.

o Support the wider fulfilment team to ensure smooth, efficient pick, pack and dispatch aligned to customer commitments.
