The Prospect

Reporting to the General Manager Operations, the Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement and supply of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods across both domestic and international supply markets.

This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive professional who can develop sourcing strategies, negotiate favorable commercial outcomes, optimize inventory levels, and manage complex international logistics to support business growth and operational excellence.

About You





- Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management within the FMCG, food manufacturing, or food ingredient industries.
- Strong strategic sourcing and supplier management experience.
- Demonstrated success negotiating commercial agreements and delivering cost savings.
- Sound understanding of inventory management, demand planning, and supply chain optimization.
- Experience managing international suppliers, imports, freight forwarding, and global logistics.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
