We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Product Coordinator to become the central point of coordination for Air-Weigh sales and installations, ensuring a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to installation and after-sales support. This is a varied role combining sales administration, customer service and project coordination. You'll work closely with customers, installers and internal stakeholders to ensure every order and installation is delivered accurately, efficiently and professionally.

No two days are the same. You'll be managing customer enquiries, coordinating installation schedules, processing orders and helping drive an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications Key Responsibilities Coordinate Air-Weigh quotations, sales orders, invoicing and associated documentation

Schedule and manage installations with customers and installation partners

Maintain accurate records, compliance documentation and installation tracking

Act as the key point of contact for customer enquiries and order updates





Ensure a complete and accurate audit trail across all transactions

Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer journey

Support broader sales administration and customer service activities across the E-Max business Additional Information About You You're highly organised, proactive and enjoy building strong relationships with customers. To be successful, you'll bring: Experience in customer service, sales support, sales administration or order processing

Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail

Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously A proactive, problem-solving mindset

Solid Microsoft Office skills and confidence working across multiple systems Highly Regarded Experience coordinating installers, technicians, contractors or external service providers

Exposure to the transport, automotive, manufacturing or electrical industries
