About The Role Lead the future of cohealth's services technology. As Product Manager – Services, you'll drive strategic product direction, shape enterprise-wide digital transformation and influence the systems that support better care for our communities.

Your Duties Include

- Lead a structured current state analysis of cohealth’s existing CMS workplace, identifying system limitations and integration gaps and translating the findings into process documents
- Maintain an enterprise view of cohealth’s services systems portfolio, representing services and operational stakeholder interests, and advising on integration architecture and data flows
- Conduct a thorough evaluation and identify opportunities to consolidate cohealth’s application landscape assessing the most appropriate approach
- Apply market expertise to identify innovation opportunities and assess how modern system capabilities can be applied within cohealth’s environment

Our Ideal Candidate

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a health-related field, information systems, business improvement, or other discipline
- Minimum 3 years' experience in services product management, digital health, or enterprise application governance within a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with cohealth's current services systems (e.g. TrakCare, Best Practice) or comparable systems
- Demonstrated experience leading technology evaluation or digital transformation initiatives in a multi-program health organisation
