The role:
We're looking for a Product Operations & Governance Lead to provide the operational backbone that keeps Brennan's product portfolio organised, well-documented and easy to navigate.
You'll work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Operations, Sales and Pre-Sales teams to support product operations, governance forums and lifecycle processes. You'll help ensure product information remains accurate, accessible and well-governed, enabling informed decision-making and smooth delivery across the business.
You'll also play a key role in maintaining the product taxonomy, service catalogue and governance processes that help keep product management consistent,
efficient and scalable across the organisation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex environments, coordinating across multiple stakeholders and driving continuous improvement through strong processes, reporting and information management.
This role is based in the Sydney Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day running of product operations, including governance processes, standards and ways of working.
- Coordinate the product lifecycle and stage-gate process, ensuring approvals, documentation and governance requirements are maintained.
- Maintain the product taxonomy, service catalogue and single source of truth for product information across business systems.
- Schedule and support product forums and governance boards, including meeting preparation, action tracking and stakeholder follow-up.
- Partner with Product, Operations, Sales and Pre-Sales teams to support product enablement and the smooth delivery of products into the business.
- Prepare governance and portfolio reporting while identifying opportunities to improve processes, data quality and tooling.
What skills and experience you bring
- Robust organisational skills and experience coordinating processes, projects or governance activities across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to information management, documentation and data integrity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports, documentation and materials for a range of stakeholders.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams and building positive relationships with business stakeholders.
- Experience supporting governance, operational processes, reporting or service management activities within a technology or services environment.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, process optimisation and delivering high-quality outcomes.
