Product Operations Lead to be the first point of contact for day‑to‑day operations across our card products. This is a pivotal role ensuring our payment systems, scheme compliance, and vendor partnerships run seamlessly to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
What you’ll do:
- Manage operational relationships with fintechs
, and other scheme partners.
- Oversee card bureau operations and ensure compliance with scheme guidelines.
- Provide expertise in payment processing, scheme rules, and system interfaces
.
- Act as the lead for vendor management, ensuring SLAs are met with partners.
- Support projects across schemes, payment systems, and switches.
- Drive vendor contract reviews, renewals, billing, and performance oversight.
What we’re looking for:
- Extensive knowledge of credit card products, schemes, and payment systems
.
- Experience with
VisionPLUS or similar receivable platforms
.
- Strong background in scheme operating rules, switch processing, and message formats
.
- Proven leadership experience (5+ years)
in operations, vendor management, or team supervision.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
.
