About the role:

- Design and implement growth strategies that position the business as the go-to partner for sponsored search and self-service retail media solutions.
- Establish and nurture senior-level relationships with media agencies, engaging stakeholders from investment teams through to executive leadership to drive sustained, long-term partnerships.
- Act as the go-to technical resource for agency partners on Sponsored Search and Ads Manager, offering hands-on guidance and strategic recommendations to drive best practice.




- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders - including Agency Partnerships, Channel Marketing, and Product to align on growth priorities, shape sales collateral, and feed insights into platform development.

Required Experience:

- Extensive experience in digital/retail media, digital advertising sales, or media agency environments, with a thorough understanding of the digital advertising landscape.
- Outstanding relationship-building and networking capabilities, with a demonstrated history of developing senior stakeholder relationships and shaping investment decisions across media agencies.
- Robust commercial acumen and sales expertise, with a proven track record of crafting strategic account plans and driving substantial revenue growth.
- Strong written, verbal, and facilitation abilities, skilled at conveying complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
