CONMED is seeking a Product Specialist to join our highly talented Advanced Surgical sales team in Sydney South and Southern NSW.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales or healthcare professional to take ownership of a high-potential territory and make a meaningful impact on business growth. Covering hospitals across Southern Sydney and the Southern region, you will partner with surgeons, nurses, and key hospital stakeholders to drive the adoption of CONMED's innovative surgical technologies and grow market share throughout the territory.

The ideal candidate is motivated, relationship-focused and thrives working autonomously. We're looking for someone with initiative, strong commercial acumen and the ability to build trusted partnerships within the operating theatre environment.

You'll represent an innovative portfolio of surgical products across multiple therapeutic disciplines for robotic, laparoscopic and open surgical procedures

This position is ideal for a sales professional seeking high visibility within a growth organisation or a healthcare qualified looking to transition into a commercial role within the medical device industry.

What You'll Bring

- 2 years of experience in medical device sales, pharmaceutical sales, healthcare sales or a clinical healthcare environment.

- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

- Excellent time management, organisation and territory planning capabilities.

- A proactive,



self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.

- A passion for achieving results and growing customer relationships.

- Experience selling into or working within operating theatres is highly regarded.

- Experience engaging with surgeons, nurses and hospital stakeholders is preferred.

Medical device sales experience is highly regarded; however, we also encourage applications from nurses, theatre staff, clinical specialists and healthcare professionals looking to transition into a rewarding commercial sales career.
