About the role To shape Jameel Motors Australia’s product planning and strategy initiatives for Farizon Auto vehicles. This role exists to combine strategic product management with and associated, collaborating with global Farizon teams to analyse market opportunities, develop product roadmaps, manage product lifecycles to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels. Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Management

Collaborate with global Farizon product teams to develop product strategies and roadmaps aligned with Australian market demands and regulatory requirements; conduct detailed market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify product opportunities and pricing strategies; develop and maintain product documentation including specification sheets, feature comparisons, and technical materials; project manage comprehensive product launch campaigns across all departments and stakeholders.

Projects & Technical Initiatives

Project manage specialised vehicle modification and conversion projects to meet specific market requirements; coordinate with external engineering partners, compliance specialists, and regulatory bodies; manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications; develop business cases and feasibility assessments for new product variants; support dealer network preparation including training materials and technical documentation.



Dealer & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Support dealer network preparation for new product introductions with training materials, sales tools, and technical documentation; coordinate with sales, marketing, and aftersales teams on product-related communications and market positioning; attend industry events to represent the company and build strategic relationships with media and stakeholders. Event & Media Support

Support marketing events including trade shows, product launches, and industry conferences by developing PR materials, coordinating media attendance, and managing on-site communications; represent the company at industry events and build strategic relationships with media and industry stakeholders; provide post-event media reports and coverage summaries. Qualification & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, Business, or equivalent field

5+ years of proven experience in product management and/or public relations, with a minimum of 2 years in an automotive, manufacturing, or OEM distribution environment.

Demonstrated expertise in product lifecycle management, market analysis, and competitive positioning; proven track record in product launch management and cross-functional team coordination.

Understanding of Australian automotive regulations, compliance requirements, and EV/commercial vehicle market dynamics required;
