About the Role

This isn't traditional car sales. As a Product Specialist, you'll deliver a consultative, experience-led purchase journey — educating customers on EV technology, building lasting client relationships, and guiding buyers from first enquiry through to delivery day. For many of your clients, this will be their first electric vehicle, and you'll be the person who makes that transition seamless.

What You'll Do

- Deliver premium product presentations, technology demonstrations, and test drives that bring the ZEEKR experience to life

- Own your client pipeline — manage enquiries across walk-in, phone, and digital channels, and follow up with precision

- Guide customers through the full purchase journey, including finance options, trade-in valuations, and delivery coordination

- Maintain accurate CRM records and use data to prioritise your activity and hit monthly targets

- Represent ZEEKR at local events, activations, and community partnerships across the Illawarra

- Collaborate daily with finance, delivery, and aftersales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What We're Looking For

- Experience in automotive sales, luxury retail, premium hospitality,



or technology sales — you understand high-value customer experiences
- A consultative communication style — you listen first, build trust, and let the product do the talking

- Genuine enthusiasm for EV technology, sustainability, and the future of mobility

- Strong attention to detail and follow-through — no enquiry falls through the cracks

- Confidence with CRM systems and digital tools (training provided on ZEEKR-specific platforms)

- Current NSW driver's licence and flexibility to work weekends as rostered
