About the Role

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of WA Rugs. You’ll guide customers through our extensive collection, helping them discover the perfect rug to match their space, taste, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Warmly greet and engage with every customer entering the store.
- Provide expert product knowledge, styling advice, and guidance on colors and textures.
- Assist with store presentation, stock replenishment, and general daily operations.
- Lift, unroll, and showcase rugs for prospective buyers.

What We Are Looking For:

- Personality & Attitude: Bubbly, passionate,



and energetic with a strong "can-do" approach.
- Color & Design Sense: A great eye for detail, matching colors, and interior aesthetics.
- Work Ethic: Honest, punctual, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Physical Fitness: Capability to comfortably lift and move rugs up to 10kg on a regular basis.
- Availability: Flexible to work weekends and public holiday shifts (our store operates 7 days a week).
- Commitment: Looking for a long-term, full-time role within a stable team.
