As a Vetting Capability Manager (Personnel Vetting), you will play a critical role in ensuring personnel security cases are assessed with accuracy, consistency, and adherence to the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF). Leading a team of Quality Assurance professionals, you will drive a quality-first culture, provide technical leadership, and champion continuous improvement across vetting operations.

Working alongside some of the most experienced professionals in the sector, you will influence quality standards, mentor team members, and help shape the future of personnel security vetting in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop a high-performing Quality Assurance and Capability team.
- Own personnel vetting quality standards, assurance frameworks, and capability development initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on complex personnel security cases up to the PV level.
- Drive continuous improvement through quality reviews, trend analysis, training initiatives, and process optimisation.
- Monitor quality and capability performance, providing reporting, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Foster a quality-first culture built on integrity, accountability, continuous learning, and excellence.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of personnel vetting practices, frameworks, and professional standards.
