The Opportunity

You'll manage a well-maintained commercial portfolio with the support of an experienced team and dedicated administration. Your responsibilities will include:

- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance and contractor management
- Conducting routine property inspections
- Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and lease administration
- Monitoring arrears and ensuring compliance
- Assisting with outgoings, budgets and reconciliations
- Delivering exceptional service to your clients

What We're Looking For

Ideally, you'll have:

- Experience in residential or commercial property management
- A current Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills




- Excellent organisational and time management abilitiesA proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Confidence managing competing priorities
- A genuine desire to build a career in commercial real estate
