Dirk’s Buranda Village is seeking a casual Shift Leader to help launch our first store. You’ll work hands-on across the floor, coach team members, and support the Store Manager to set the standard for service, speed and culture from day one.
You may grow into part time leadership or future management roles as Dirk’s expands, with paid training and a dog-friendly, energetic team environment. Availability for 15+ hours per week is preferred.
