About the Role You'll be responsible for managing a residential portfolio from end to end, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants while delivering exceptional customer service.
You'll work closely with a supportive team and have access to efficient systems and processes that allow you to focus on providing a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a residential portfolio from end to end
- Build and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Conduct routine inspections and final inspections
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Manage lease renewals and rent reviews
- Handle arrears and tenancy matters
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures
About You:
- Previous experience as a Residential Property Manager
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with excellent time management
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced workplace
- A positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
