Day to Day

- Win work and help grow the Canberra client base
- Deliver high-quality civil and structural engineering projects
- Build strong connections with clients and stakeholders
- Recruit, mentor, and help shape the local team
- Balance hands-on technical delivery with leadership and business growth
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Structural), ideally Chartered or working towards chartership
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior engineering role, with a proven ability in project delivery and client relationship management




- Experience using engineering software such as SPACEGASS, RAPT, ETABS, RCB, STRAND7, or equivalent
- Strong local market connections in Canberra, particularly across the development, commercial, and medium to high-density building sectors
