What You'll Be Doing

- Deliver engaging, student-centred training and assessment in Individual Support programs.
- Facilitate learning across classroom, simulated,



workplace and online environments.
- Develop and implement assessment tools aligned with national training package requirements.
- Support student engagement, progression and success through inclusive teaching practices.
- Build robust relationships with industry, students and stakeholders.
- Maintain current industry and vocational education practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and educational excellence.

Mandatory Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33021) or equivalent.
- Current industry skills and experience relevant to Individual Support training.
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; or equivalent.
- Approved higher‑level adult education qualification; or equivalent approved credential.
- Current vocational education and training knowledge and skills.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development in training and assessment.

Highly desirable

- Experience using Learning Management Systems and digital learning technologies.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
