Company: ConsultANZ is looking for a HSE Coordinator in Brisbane.

Main Duties

- Monitor compliance with WHS legislation, company policies, and client requirements.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety observations.
- Prepare and maintain SWMS, risk assessments, and other HSE documentation.
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate toolbox talks, site inductions, and safety training.
- Support project teams in hazard identification and risk management.
- Maintain accurate HSE records and reporting.
- Promote a positive safety culture across all project sites.

Requirements

- Previous experience as an HSE Coordinator, HSE Advisor, or similar role within civil construction, piling, ground engineering, or infrastructure projects.
- Sound knowledge of Queensland WHS legislation and construction safety requirements.




- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and across multiple project sites.
- Current White Card and a valid Australian driver's license.
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (minimum); Diploma in WHS is highly regarded.
