You can work your own hours, once you receive a job you can call and book the customer for when you are free, so it can work around other jobs / companies that you are working for. We don’t book in your availability

Zoo Computer Repairs is looking for a reliable, experienced onsite technician to assist with growing demand across the greater Brisbane area (including Logan, Ipswich, Moreton Bay, Redland Bay, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast).

We have over 400 websites that service the greater Brisbane area also including computerrepair.com.au, computerrepairsperth.com.au, computerrepairscanberra.com.au, computerrepairsmelbourne.com.au and are expanding.

Our customers usually need same day responses and due to our call volume we aren’t able to get to as many jobs as we would like. This is a flexible role suited to someone who prefers independence, enjoys working directly with customers. You will receive jobs via email and you will then contact the customers directly working it in with a time period that you are available in.





Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of technical experience in computer repair roles.

A valid driver’s licence is required for conducting onsite visits across these regions.

You’ll be attending onsite jobs at homes and small businesses, handling a wide range of computer / tech related issues. This job is for both PC / MAC and hardware / Software.

Our hourly rate is $50 plus an additional $20 call out rate. You also get to mark parts up on hardware that you sell keeping 100 percent of the profit.

Key Responsibilities

Apple Mac support (desirable, not essential)

Hardware repairs (SSD upgrades, RAM, power issues, etc.)

Software troubleshooting (viruses, slow computers, setup issues)

Internet, Wi-Fi and basic network troubleshooting

New device setups and data transfers

Skill & Experience

You will require experience – this is not an entry level job. You would had to have done similar help desk roles before to be considered.

Experience with computer repairs (onsite or workshop)

Solid problem-solving skills

Good communication and customer service skills

Reliable, punctual, and well-presented

Ability to work independently

ABN (or willingness to operate as a contractor)
