The Intelligence Support Officer supports the Regulatory Intelligence Team by responding to interstate regulator enquiries relating to practitioner registration under Automatic Deemed Registration and Mutual Recognition, while also managing documentation, records, registers, information coordination, and the team inbox.
What we are looking for:
- Provide administrative support to the Regulatory Intelligence Team, including documentation and correspondence preparation, task coordination, inbox management, and basic finance-related activities.
- Respond to enquiries and assist with gathering, coordinating, and communicating building and plumbing-related information to staff and stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage shared inboxes, allocate work items, maintain records, and update registers, databases, and templates.
- Support reporting and continuous improvement initiatives by ensuring accurate data management, identifying process improvements, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
