Rinaldo’s Casa Cucina is a family owned Italian Restaurant in our 20th year ofservinglocals and visitors alike. We have anattractive 100+ seat riverside venue, open 5 dinner sessions per week. Our menu showcases local seasonal produce, main dishes, fresh pasta, Napoli style pizza and house-made gelato.

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced full time chef looking for a stable position, working Tuesday to Saturday.

Qualifications and Experience

Trade qualification with minimum 2 years experience

Experience in high volume, fast-paced working workplace

An unwavering commitment to quality and consistency

Supervision of junior kitchen staff

Creative and a keen eye for detail

Have a high standard for food and cleanliness

Be precise, accurate, consistent in preparation and be able to follow instructions

A positive attitude and good sense of humour
