Retail Manager Experienced Multi-Site Petrol & Convenience store Manager – Burwood & Mornington Peninsula Kogan People Solutions is partnering with an established operator to source a high-caliber, fully autonomous Multi-Site Store Manager to oversee two high-volume operations. This is a solid appointment for an established fuel retail qualified. Based primarily at the Blairgowrie site with operational oversight of a second site in Burwood Vic.

- Location: Based in Blairgowrie (with regular operational travel to the Burwood site)
- Tenure: Full-time, ongoing
- Salary: $80,000 to $85,000 + superannuation per annum (negotiable for an elite, fully independent performer)

Core Responsibilities You will be expected to independently manage and optimize all facets of both locations, including:

- Multi-Site Leadership: Autonomously managing staff schedules, recruitment,



and high-performance team culture across two separate locations.
- Financial & Inventory Control: Overseeing daily banking, cash mitigation, end-to-end stock control, and wastage minimization.
- Data-Driven Growth: Immediately diving into the Weekly Sales & Inventory Reports to identify margin improvements and execute immediate commercial strategies.
- Strict Fuel & Council Compliance: Ensuring 100% adherence to franchisor regulations, council food safety guidelines, and stringent fuel site OHS protocols without supervision.
- Merchandising: Seamlessly executing in-store marketing, promotional layouts, and maintaining immaculate store presentation.

What we expect to observe in order to be considered:

- Direct Experience: Minimum 1 years, preferably more, of current or recent experience specifically as a Store Manager or senior supervisor within the Petrol & Convenience / Fuel Retail industry.
- An understanding of wet-stock management, console/POS operations, P&C; compliance, and merchandising.
- Must hold a full Australian driver’s license and possess the maturity and time-management skills to split your focus between the Burwood and the Peninsula sites effectively.
- Qualifications: Diploma level qualification or agreed equivalent
- Work Rights: Full, unrestricted Australian working rights.
