Continuous Improvement Drive innovation in bid processes, tools, and templates. Champion adoption of new technologies for efficiency and impact. Share best practices and mentor bid writers to elevate team capability.

Requirements

- Tertiary qualification in sales, marketing, business, or related fields.
- Professional experience in energy, oil & gas, mining, trade, or other relevant industrial sectors.
- Experience as a Bid Manager or senior bid writer in large-scale tenders.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing and risk analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and design tools like Visio or InDesign.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
