Nautitech Mining Systems' is seeking a skilled and dedicated Production Assembler to join our team in Castle Hill, NSW. This is a full-time position responsible for the assembly of our industry-leading mining equipment. As a valued member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are built to the highest standards and delivered on time.
What you'll be doing
1. Assemble and test mining equipment components according to specifications
2. Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process
3. Operate a variety of hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner
4. Collaborate with the wider production team to identify and resolve any issues
5. Maintain a clean and organised work environment
6. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role, preferably in the mining or heavy equipment industry but not necessary
2. Minimum 6-12 months of manufacturing or assembly experience required
3. Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications desirable
4. Proficient in the use of hand and power tools

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
7. Good communication and problem-solving skills
8. Willingness to learn and adapt to recent processes and technologies
9. Australian work rights required for this position
