We are seeking a proactive Product & Supplier Coordinator to support our fast-paced industrial, safety and hardware businesses.

Working alongside the General Manager - Inventory & Procurement, you'll become the go-to person for supplier coordination, product information, pricing support and helping our sales teams succeed.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to step into a product coordination role where you'll build strong supplier relationships, develop your commercial skills and make a genuine impact without needing extensive strategic product management experience.

What you'll be doing

Your focus will be on ensuring our product ranges are well supported, competitively priced and easy for our sales teams to sell. You'll:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
- Be the day-to-day contact for allocated supplier accounts.
- Coordinate new product introductions and supplier onboarding.
- Keep product data, specifications and supplier information up to date.
- Assist with promotional campaigns, catalogues and marketing activities.
- Communicate product updates, special buys and supplier promotions.
- Provide product advice and technical support to sales, branches and customer service teams.
- Coordinate supplier product training sessions.
- Work closely with Procurement, Sales, Marketing and Operations to ensure products are available and well supported.
- Recommend product improvements and alternatives based on customer and sales feedback.




- Help monitor product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

About you

You'll enjoy working with people, solving problems and keeping multiple priorities organised. You'll ideally bring:

- Experience in product coordination, procurement, customer service, internal sales or supplier administration.
- Exposure to industrial, safety, or hardware product ranges.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and an interest in pricing and product management.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in industrial, hardware, safety, tools or wholesale distribution will be highly regarded but isn't essential.
