What You’ll Be Doing

- Creating and sustaining a safe, inclusive and high‑performing workplace

- Leading and developing frontline leaders through coaching, mentoring and support

- Overseeing day‑to‑day production across repair, wash and retail operations

- Driving continuous improvement across safety, quality, productivity and cost

- Planning and resourcing effectively to meet production and service targets

- Building strong relationships across the site and broader Supply Chain teams

- Championing CHEP’s values through visible, values‑led leadership

What You Bring

- Leadership experience in manufacturing, production or industrial operations




- A genuine passion for people leadership and team development

- Confidence managing performance, safety and operational challenges
- A continuous improvement mindset with robust operational judgement

- Clear, inclusive and confident communication skills

- Formal leadership or operational qualifications (Diploma or above preferred)

- Experience in a unionised or complex workforce environment is beneficial
