You will be responsible for a closeknit team in a wide-ranging role. Someone with a background in metals processing and jobbing shop operations, will be of interest. Familiarity with CNC machining, milling, turning and component assembly, is necessary. Mechanical Engineering qualifications, perhaps built upon an initial trade background, will be beneficial.

This is an “hands on” environment, requiring the achievements of quality standards and on-time delivery. The ability to improve systems, procedures and employ Lean Manufacturing principles, is sought. Exposure to project management and supply chain is expected.

A positive communicator, with interest to improve and further streamline an already successful operation, where appropriate, will find this opportunity highly desirable.
