Our client is a well-established manufacturer based in Matraville and is seeking reliable and motivated Production Operators to join their growing team.

Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you'll be responsible for supporting daily production activities while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and efficiency.

This role operates on a 12-hour rotating roster, including:

- Day Shift: 7:00am - 7:00pm
- Night Shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am

Key Responsibilities

- Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct routine inspections and basic equipment checks
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
- Report hazards, incidents and quality issues promptly
- Assist with changeovers, cleaning and general production duties
- Safely operate forklifts where licensed and required
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to achieve production targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Complete production documentation accurately

- Achievement of production and quality targets
- Compliance with all workplace health and safety requirements
- Minimal downtime through effective operation of equipment
- Active participation in safety and continuous improvement initiatives





About You

You are a reliable and motivated team player who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment. You have a strong commitment to safety, quality and productivity and are willing to work a rotating day and night shift roster.

To be successful you will have:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Forklift Licence (LF)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- A commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transport
- The ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen
