1 Machine operator and 2 Production Workers (team work) ---LONSDALE

About the opportunity

Wages are paid on a group meter-rate basis(ABN)- the more the produres, the more the team earns.

You are required to provide you own tools.

Since this is teamwork, it would be best if you could come with your friends.

About the role The key focus of our Production Workers is assisting in production to manufacture steel wall frames, roof trusses and joists according to production schedules. More specifically, you will:

- Build and assemble using power hand tools safely to a high quality and standard
- Read and understand basic drawings and framing plans
- Manual handling, including 2-person lifts and general stacking
- Conduct quality checks, ensuring components meet required standards and specifications




- Work collaboratively with a team, ensuring seamless coordination and timely completion of tasks
- Maintain a clean and organised work setting

About you

- Excellent work ethic, honest, reliable and punctual
- Experience in the use of hand and power tools - training is provided
- Have a general understanding of manufacturing
- Comfortable with high volume, repetitive work

Pay: $250.00 – $350.00 per day
