About The Opportunity

Tired of working nights and weekends? Looking for a Monday-to-Friday role with daytime hours?

Freshline Tasmania is looking for reliable, motivated and hardworking people to join our Launceston team.

We currently have opportunities across:

- MR Delivery Driver
- Meat Processing / Production
- Pickers & Packers

At Freshline, every person plays an important part in getting quality products to our customers. From our butchers and processing teams through to our pickers, packers and delivery drivers, we work together to ensure every order is prepared accurately, safely and on time.

About You

You don’t need years of experience — if you have the right attitude, we can train you!

We’re looking for people who are reliable, willing to learn and comfortable working in a busy, hands-on environment.

Depending on the role, your day may include:

- Picking and packing customer orders according to daily schedules
- Preparing and processing products
- Checking orders for accuracy and quality
- Loading and dispatching orders
- Delivering orders to customers throughout the Launceston area
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Following food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
- Working as part of a fast-paced team

What You’ll Need

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Positive attention to detail and accuracy
- Physical fitness and the ability to regularly lift approximately 15–20kg
- Punctuality and reliability
- A strong team ethic
- Willingness to follow company policies,



food safety and WHS procedures
- Ability to work in a refrigerated/cold environment
- Full Australian working rights
- MR driver’s licence for Delivery Driver positions

No experience? No problem — training will be provided.
