Company Description Signarama Parramatta is a full-service sign center that has been producing quality signage for local businesses since 1998 across Parramatta and the Greater Sydney area. As an independently owned store within the world’s largest sign network, the team benefits from global expertise while providing personalized service.

The business offers a wide range of signage solutions, including vehicle wraps, building and factory signage, reception signs, banners, flags, and exhibition signage. The team manages the entire process from consultation and design through to manufacturing and installation, helping customers focus on running their businesses while Signarama handles their signage needs.

Role Description The Production Staff role is a full time, on-site position based in the Greater Sydney Area at Signarama Parramatta. This role involves assisting with the end-to-end production of signage, including preparing materials, operating equipment, and assembling and finishing signs to meet quality standards.

Daily tasks include interpreting job orders, following production schedules, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and coordinating with designers and installers to ensure accurate and timely delivery.



The role also includes basic installation support, packaging and dispatch of completed jobs, and routine equipment checks.

The Production

Staff member is expected to follow established processes, communicate clearly with team members, and contribute to continuous improvement in production efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in production planning and basic production management to organize workflows and meet deadlines.
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with designers, installers, and other team members.
- Candidates should possess quality control skills to check signage against specifications and ensure a high standard of finish.
- Candidates should possess training and mentoring abilities to learn quickly and support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Relevant skills and qualifications such as experience in signage, printing, manufacturing, or a similar hands-on production environment, attention to detail, ability to use hand and power tools safely, basic computer literacy, and a valid driver’s license for occasional on-site installations are beneficial.
