Production Supervisor - Up to $130k + Super

Fuse Recruitment are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Production Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day operations at a busy electronic waste recycling facility. This is a pivotal role, overseeing a large operational team and ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant processing of electronic waste.

The Client:

Located in the Fairfield region, this well‑established operation is a leading specialist in the responsible recycling and recovery of electronic waste. The site focuses on processing end‑of‑life electrical and electronic equipment from commercial, industrial, and government sources, with a strong emphasis on environmental compliance, data security, and material recovery.

The facility handles a wide range of e‑waste streams including IT and telecommunications equipment, consumer electronics, batteries, and electrical components. Using a combination of manual dismantling and advanced processing techniques, materials such as metals, plastics,



and circuit boards are separated and prepared for downstream recovery, ensuring minimal waste is sent to landfill.
