In this role, you will provide oversight, coordination, and support to both personnel and operational processes involved in the moulding and production of polymer products and components.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with Production team members, the Operations Manager, Scheduling staff, and the Despatch and Logistics team to ensure seamless workflow.
- Review scheduled and upcoming production, confirming that all moulds, materials, and components are prepared and available for use.
- Partner with moulding machine operators to maximise equipment efficiency.
- Prepare moulds ahead of scheduled runs.
- Assist with or perform mould changes.
- Clean, prepare, and return moulds to storage.
- Move required quantities of polymer to moulding areas and return surplus to storage.
- Maintain organised, tidy,



and well-managed storage of polymer materials.
- Oversee and coordinate regular machinery maintenance, including scheduling, supervision, and, where necessary, hands-on repair and upkeep.
