ABOUT

The Well is a current initiative of the Rev. Bill Crews Foundation ('BCF'), bringing together primary healthcare, mental health, alcohol and other drug support, social care and community wellbeing to deliver a connected model of whole-person care. Working alongside people experiencing homelessness, disadvantage and social exclusion, The Well is founded on the belief that every person deserves compassionate, dignified and holistic care. Through trusted relationships, practical support and multidisciplinary expertise, we are creating an innovative model of care that responds to the complex health and social circumstances influencing wellbeing.

Committed to innovation, evidence-based practice and continuous improvement, The Well aims to become a recognised leader in community medicine and integrated care.
