About the role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Chef/Cook to join our team at the vibrant Bridgewater Mill - La Trattoria Famiglia in the heart of Adelaide Hills. This is a permanent full-time role

What you'll be doing

- Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes

- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met

- Provide excellent customer service and work closely with the front-of-house team

- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies

What we're looking for

- Relevant experience as a Chef/Cook, preferably in an Italian or Mediterranean restaurant

- Excellent time management and multitasking skills to thrive in a quick-paced environment

- Attention to detail and a commitment to food safety and hygiene

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and provide outstanding customer service
