About the Role

We are seeking a well-presented and outgoing Driveaway Attendant to be the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership.

In this role, you will greet customers on arrival, assist with vehicle parking, identify the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.



This position plays a key role in delivering a smooth, professional, and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival

- Assist customers with parking their vehicles where required

- Identify the purpose of customer visits and direct them accordingly

- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure seamless customer handover

- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times

- Support dealership operations by creating a welcoming environment

About You

- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Outgoing, friendly, and positive attitude

- Current Australian driver’s licence with a clean driving record

- Well-presented and professional demeanour

- Ability to work effectively in a customer-facing workplace
