This is a hands-on, relationship-driven position where your ability to influence, mentor, and partner with internal stakeholders and leaders will be essential in strengthening safety leadership and engagement across the organisation.

With relevant qualifications, you'll bring the energy,



drive and resilience needed to implement WHS solutions that have practical, positive business related outcomes and facilitate continuous improvement. Experience matters, but the right attitude speaks even louder. Equally significant is your confidence, maturity, and ability to exercise sound judgment. Your success will hinge on your capability to communicate effectively, solve problems, influence outcomes, and build credible relationships at every level of the organisation. Resilience, a keen customer focus and goal orientation will complement your proactive, common sense approach and 'can do' attitude. A sense of humour is a must!
